By accessing www.vvsourcing.co or any related domains (the "Website"), scheduling a consultation, purchasing a service, signing up for our text messages, or otherwise interacting with our platform or team, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use our Services or Website.

1. WEBSITE USE
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use our Website or Services. By accessing our Website or interacting with our team, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements and are acting in a business or commercial capacity, not as a consumer.
You agree not to use our Website or Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may impair, damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure. You further agree not to use our materials for any unauthorized resale, redistribution, or reproduction.
2. PRIVACY & SECURITY DISCLOSURE
Your use of our Website and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy (https://www.vvsourcing.co/privacy-policy), which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We take reasonable technical and procedural measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
3. ELIGIBILITY
VV Sourcing provides infrastructure and brand outreach support solely to existing Amazon sellers with a valid business entity. By engaging us, you affirm that:
You operate an Amazon seller account in good standing
You are not purchasing this as a passive investment or speculative opportunity
You understand that VV Sourcing is not a business opportunity, franchise, or earnings-generating program
4. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Services provided by VV Sourcing are strictly limited to:
Creation of a custom-branded distributor website
Setup of a professional business email domain
Product and brand research
Provision of outreach scripts and templates
Strategic advisory related to brand outreach
We remain actively involved until one brand approval is documented. After that, the system can be self-sustaining and will continue to run independently with the right support outside of VV Sourcing.
VV Sourcing does not provide:
Amazon account management
Product sourcing or inventory purchasing
Performance guarantees, revenue forecasting, or business coaching
Refunds, reactivations, or reseller support services
5. PAYMENT TERMS
A one-time, non-refundable service fee is due prior to commencement of services. Payment shall be made via wire, ACH, or other approved method as specified in your signed agreement. We reserve the right to deny service until full payment is received.
We do not accept checks, partial payments, or installment arrangements unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
6. NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. VV Sourcing provides professional infrastructure and consulting services which are customized and rendered upon payment. You acknowledge and agree:
No refunds, prorated credits, or chargebacks are permitted
Payment is for access to tools and labor, not results
This policy is strictly enforced without exception
7. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, scripts, templates, software, and websites provided by VV Sourcing are proprietary and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Viral Vamp LLC. You are granted a non-transferable, limited-use license to utilize them solely within your business.
You agree not to copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, sublicense, or share any part of the VV Systems infrastructure or IP without written consent.
Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.
8. DISCLAIMERS
VV Sourcing makes no representations or warranties regarding:
Your ability to obtain or maintain brand approvals
The income, profitability, or viability of your Amazon business
The long-term success or scalability of your outreach efforts
All services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance. You assume all risks associated with using our system.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viral Vamp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, suspension of your Amazon account, or loss of goodwill.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Services, capped at $5,000 USD.
10. NON-DISPARAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS
You agree not to make any false, defamatory, or materially misleading statements, whether written or verbal, that may damage the reputation of VV Systems or its affiliates. This includes public forums, social media, and private communications.
Nothing in this section shall limit your right to post a truthful, non-defamatory review, or file complaints with a government agency, pursuant to the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b).
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viral Vamp LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Misuse of the Services
Any violation of law or third-party rights committed through your account or company
12. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for non-payment, violation of these Terms, abuse of our staff, misuse of materials, or conduct that we reasonably determine to be detrimental to our business.
Sections 6–11 and 13–17 shall survive termination.
13. ARBITRATION AND CLASS WAIVER
You agree that any dispute or claim arising from or related to your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Volusia County, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to:
A jury trial
Participation in a class action
Any consolidated legal proceedings
Arbitration must be initiated within one (1) year of the dispute arising.
We each agree to bear our own legal costs, unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
Exceptions to arbitration include:
Small claims actions under $500
Claims involving injunctive relief for IP or confidentiality violations
You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of signing by mailing written notice to:

14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with your signed service agreement and our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and VV Sourcing and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, oral or written.
In case of conflict between these Terms and your service agreement, the signed agreement controls.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part shall be severed, and the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.
18. SMS/MMS MESSAGING TERMS
These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by Viral Vamp LLC, d/b/a VV Sourcing (the "Program"). They are in addition to the rest of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Program description. The Program sends text messages to individuals who opt in. Messages are sent for the following purposes: to provide you with information about your webinar sessions and to send you reminders, such as session times, upcoming events, and scheduling updates..
Consent. You opt in by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form at www.vvsourcing.co/sign-up and checking the box confirming your consent to receive [MESSAGE TYPE] text messages from us at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you meet the age requirement in Section 1.
Message frequency.
You may receive up to 3 messages per week. Frequency may vary depending on your scheduled sessions and events.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your mobile carrier, and you are responsible for them.
Opt-out. You may cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again through our sign-up form.
Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@vvsourcing.co or (386) 999-3864.
Carriers. Wireless carriers and their service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your mobile number will not be shared or sold. Information collected through the Program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.vvsourcing.co/privacy-policy.
